§1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the IN WAVES online store available at https://inwavesbrand.com/.
  2. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Words such as Customer, Consumer, Order, Product, and Shop have meanings consistent with standard e-commerce terminology.

§3. Placing Orders

  1. Customers can place orders 24/7 through the online shop.
  2. To place an order, the Customer selects products, adds them to the cart, provides required contact and delivery information, and confirms the order.
  3. An order is considered placed when the Customer confirms it and accepts these Terms.
  4. The Shop sends order confirmation via email.

§4. Product Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are quoted in EUR and include applicable taxes.
  2. Total price includes product price and delivery costs.
  3. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout (e.g., card payment, bank transfer, online payment gateway, cash on delivery).

§5. Delivery

  1. Delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  2. The Shop aims to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

§6. Right of Withdrawal

  1. Consumers (individuals not acting for business purposes) have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product (unless exemptions apply under law).
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, Customers must inform IN WAVES in writing (email or form).
  3. The Customer is responsible for returning the product in its original condition and must cover the return shipping costs.
  4. Refunds will be issued after the Shop receives the returned product.

§7. Complaints and Returns

  1. Customers have statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming products.
  2. To make a complaint, contact customer service with order details and a description of the issue.
  3. Complaints will be processed within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable law.
